1. Independent Service Entity

We are an autonomous multi-brand repair enterprise and do NOT operate as an official, certified, or authorized service agency of any original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

2. Scope of Services

We provide doorstep inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for domestic kitchen appliances including gas stoves, modern built-in hobs, and associated burner/ignition components. Services are rendered directly by independent field technicians dispatched to the customer's requested site.

3. Service Bookings & Appointments

Customers are required to provide genuine contact details, exact operational premises, and a truthful description of the technical appliance defect.
Technician arrival schedules are estimates and may vary due to transit delays, traffic congestion, or emergency safety calls.
Service availability is subject to geographical operational boundaries and field technician availability.

4. Pricing, Estimates & Payments

Standard inspection/visiting fees apply once a field technician arrives on-site to assess the appliance.
A repair estimate including labor and replacement component charges will be communicated following initial diagnostic inspection.
Full payment for completed technical work and replacement spare parts must be settled immediately upon completion of the service visit.

5. Limited Workmanship Warranty

Any technical service warranty provided applies strictly to the specific labor performed and newly replaced components supplied by our technicians. Standard manufacturer warranties, preexisting structural defects, cosmetic glass damage, electrical voltage surges, or customer mishandling after service completion are expressly excluded.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mahjabi and Kitchen Appliance Hub shall not be held liable for indirect damages, manufacturer engineering design flaws, delays caused by specialized component unavailability, or preexisting gas line structural defects within the customer premises.

All brand names, corporate logos, registered trademarks, and model references (such as Faber, Prestige, Bosch, Glen, Kaff, Elica, Siemens, etc.) displayed on this website belong exclusively to their respective legal trademark holders.
